Cochrane Property Solutions is a local family owned lawn care and snow clearing company. Providing unmatched service to East St Paul, Oakbank, St Clements and surrounding areas in Manitoba. Contact us for areas outside of our service area. We have solutions for every season proudly offering lawn mowing, edge trimming, leaf collection, lawn power raking, core aerations and snow clearing. We are fully insured and registered.
Winter
Snow Clearing
Service Period: November 1, 2026 - April 15, 2027
We Offer Professional Snow Clearing Services for residential applications.
Whenever a snow storm of more then
2 cm concludes (5 cm for rural gravel driveways), we automatically show up and clear your property.

Snow Clearing Options
Driveway Only
This service includes driveway only snow clearing, This is perfect for customers that clear their own walkways but want a snow clearing service to clear the driveway
Full Service
This is our full snow clearing service that includes clearing of Driveways, Stairs and Sidewalk.
Services are Billed on a Monthly Basis, due to high demand we do not offer one time Snow Clearing visits
Spring
Aeration:
Aeration is highly recommended as it creates small air pockets in your lawn allowing water and nutrients to get to the roots which allows the grass to grow and become more healthy. Lawn Aeration also helps relieve your lawn of compaction allowing it to breath once again.

Power Raking:
Power Raking (Dethatching) is the process of removing the layer of thatch (dead grass) that sits right above the surface of the soil which blocks nutrients and sunlight from reaching the soil of your lawn. We recommend power raking the most in the spring as it removes the dead excess grass caused over winter which suffocates the lawn preventing new growth in the spring.
Debris Collection:
During spring clean-ups we collect and haul away all thatch (dead grass) and collected leafs.

Summer
Weekly Lawn Care
During all our weekly lawn care visits a lawn mow is completed with edge trimming around all edges of the lawn (trees, landscaping etc.) afterwards all clippings on concrete are blown off.
Specializing in Large Acreage or Small Residential & Commercial Properties
We offer Lawn Care Services on a Weekly Basis (Optional Bi-Weekly on Large Acreage Properties)

Fall Clean Up
Leaf Collection
Apart of our fall clean-ups we will collect leafs and any debris that may have fallen from your trees.

We will provide a final lawn mow for the season along with a lawn bagging which helps remove some dead grass and debris build up encouraging a healthy lawn in the spring.
